Go to the bottom of the page where it says Reservation Form with Rules in blue and click to download a file to your computer that contains our complete reservation form with rules. OR 2. Left click and highlight the entire reservation form. Then press Control P on your keyboard for the print screen. Click on selection and then OK. Then you need to go to the rules page and complete the same step. We also ask the you click
HERE and print the reservation Calculation Form which will help you to send us the correct amount.
Once you have the forms, LEGIBLY complete ALL applicable sections. Also don’t forget to SIGN THE RULES.
