  ALL NASCAR PRICING covers the time period from 11:00 am on Wed., July 9th through 5:00pm on Sunday, July 13th, 2008. Fees listed include ONE Come-N-Go pass per site, all vehicles must fit on your site:
  Pricing for ELECTRIC SITES: (no late fees applied) All electric lots are 30x40' back to back lots.  NO extra space lots will be allowed in this area.  The lots begin at the doubled rows K&L.  These will be issued on a first come first serve basis.  The cost for the weekend for a lot with electric is $325.00
  Pricing for reservations RECEIVED by April 1st, 2008:
  30 ft by 40 ft site is $180.00 for the weekend.
  30 ft by 50 ft site is $200.00 for the weekend.
  A LIMITED number of 30 ft by 50 ft sites will be available on a first come first serve basis.
  
  Pricing for reservations RECEIVED: April 2nd, through May 1, 2008:
  30 ft by 40 ft site is $190.00 for the weekend.
  30 ft by 50 ft site is $210.00 for the weekend, limited number of sites are available.
  
  Pricing for reservations RECEIVED May 2nd through July 5, 2008. THIS WILL ALSO BE THE PRICING FOR DRIVE ON GUESTS.:
  30 ft by 40 ft site is $200.00 for the weekend.
  30 ft by 50 ft site is $220.00 for the weekend, limited number of sites are available.
  NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER July 5, 2008, drive on only spots will be available on a cash/credit card only basis. We will not check the PO Box after July 6th for Nascar weekend reservations.  Call 815-741-3010 if you have a question.
• IRL
  IRL: Reservations must be received by: September 2, 2008.
  Arrive Thurs., Sept. 4th at 11am and depart: Monday, Sept. 8, 2008 by 11:00am = $140.00. Fee includes one Come-N-Go pass.

         MULTIPLE RACE RESERVATION DISCOUNT:
         RESERVE FOR 2 RACES - $10.00 discount off your total.
         RESERVE FOR 3 RACES - $15.00 discount off your total.

• ADDITIONAL SPACE LOTS - These lots are for additional space for eating,cars, etc. You may not place an additional RV on this space as the price for this is reduced to only $120.00 for an additional 30x40ft and $140.00 for a 30ft. x 50ft. space adjacent to your existing lot(s). You will receive 3 additional come n go passes for this lot.
• GOLF CARTS will be charged $40.00 per golf cart for Nascar weekend and $30.00 per golf cart for NHRA and IRL per event. Golf carts are only to be driven by licensed drivers and must have a light on after dusk. NO CRUISING will be allowed. NO ATV'S, motorized scooters, or gators will be allowed. IF we don't approve it you don't use it!
• ADDITIONAL COME N GO :stickers $25.00 per vehicle per event. This covers the entire weekend.
• RENTAL PORTOLETS:  Upon your arrival you may pay at the Race View Farms office for a private portolet to be delivered to your site for use for the weekend. ($100 if you pay ahead, $105 if you pay on arrival) Please let us know ahead of time if you think you would like this service. Pump outs of the private portolets are additional ($25) and also must be scheduled and paid for at the office. PUMPS/DUMPS/WATER: On the day of departure, you will be entitled to one complimentary pump or dump. Additional pumps or dumps will be provided for an additional fee. Water re-fill service will be available for an additional fee.
• SHOWERS will be available at Nascar AND NHRA for $6.00/shower. Showers will be free at IRL ONLY this year!  Ice will be sold at all races as well as firewood.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS: Reservation confirmation cards will be mailed once your check has cleared the bank. All reservations cleared a full 10 days before the stated arrival will be confirmed with a postcard. This postcard will serve as your sticker for your RV so please keep it in a safe location and present it to our staff when you check in. Do not separate the perforated section, as we will collect that when you check in.
• CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your reservation, refunds minus $25.00 will be approved if written notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to your stated arrival date. A policy for refunds for Electric lots is currently under review. Refunds will be processed upon receiving WRITTEN notice and will be generated in check format and mailed to the guest within 30 days after the request is received.
