ARE YOU STILL ACCEPTING
RESERVATIONS?
YES! We begin accepting reservations for the 2010 season on January 1, 2010.
We will have plenty of sites available for ALL races. Email us your mailing address and we will gladly send you an information
packet.
WHEN CAN WE CHECK IN?
You are welcome to check-in at
11am on the first day we are open for each event. 24hr check in for NASCAR begins at 11am on Wednesday. For NHRA and
IRL check in begins at 11am on Thursday. If you arrive after 10pm on Thursday for NHRA or IRL weekends you will
be placed in a staging area until 8am on Friday. You MUST stop at the office to check in so
we can place you in your proper reserved location.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Nascar is $200 for a 30x40ft site or $210 for a 30 x50ft site. Nascar prices increase by $10 for reservations
received afterApril 1st and $20 for reservations received after May 1st. Spring NHRA is $160 per lot for the
weekend and IRL is $140.00 per lot for the weekend.
There are additional charges for extra cars ($25) and golf carts
($50 Nascar and $30 NHRA and IRL).
We accept Master Card and Visa for Lot Rentals, we only accept checks up to 1 week
before we open for the race, and we accept cash on site but not in the mail.
DO
WE ACCOMMODATE GROUPS?
We welcome groups! We request that all forms and checks be sent in together. If
that is not possible we ask that the same group leaders name be listed on each reservation form under the group section
in order to be grouped together. One person from the group whose name appears on a reservation form should be designated
as the group leader. Each lot reserved must have a separate reservation form. The owner/operator of each RV, on each site,
is responsible for signing the rules. Late additions or requests to tag onto a group can not always be honored. We will try
to get you as close to your friends as possible.
WHAT ARE YOUR LOT SIZES?
Standard lot size is 30ft. by 40 ft. extra large lots are 30ft. by 50ft. All vehicles must fit on your
lot.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO CAMP ON A LOT?
Yes, 8 person limit per lot. If you have more than eight people in your party, you may purchase an extra site
for additional space only (not for another RV or pop up) for $120.00 (40ft lot) and $140.00(50ft lot). All guests MUST SLEEP
INSIDE the RV or pop-up. No sleeping in vans or trucks. NO TENTS for
sleeping allowed!
DO YOU HAVE ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS?
We do have a limited amount of electrical hook-ups for Nascar and IRL, but we also allow generators.
We also have quiet times. No loud generators will be allowed. (Quiet times are 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.) Electric hook ups
are only in the back to back rows . These lots are more expensive: Nascar is $350.00/lot and IRL is $250.00/lot for
the weekend. These are 30x50' lots for Nascar, and 30x40ft lots for IRL no reduced priced extra space lots will be allowed
in the electric area.
DO YOU HAVE SEPTIC
SERVICE?
NASCAR RACE:
We have a dump station and a pumping service available on site for a fee. On
the day of departure, you are entitled to one complimentary empty.
IRL/NHRA:
We have dump pits and a potable water
station on site for you use throughout the weekend. However, there is no service provided at your site for pumps or water
refills during these races.
DO YOU ALLOW SLEEPING TENTS?
NO. Sleeping outside your vehicle
is NOT allowed. (You must sleep in your RV or your pop-up.) You MAY NOT sleep in a
car, van or truck. Awnings and shade canopies are acceptable for outdoor eating and socializing. No
sleeping type/bubble tents of any kind will be allowed. Not even to store items.
ARE YOU OPEN YEAR ROUND?
NO, we are only open during major race weekends, NHRA Spring Nationals in June, Nascar in July, and IRL in August.
