Check in varies for each race. Look at the specific page for each race. At the top you will find the days we are open which are included in your weekend price and the time that we open. Email us if you have any questions.

We welcome groups! We request that all forms and payment be sent in together. If that is not possible we ask that the same group leaders name be listed on each reservation form under the group section in order to be located together. One person from the group whose name appears on a reservation form should be designated as the group leader. Each lot reserved must have a separate reservation form. The owner/operator of each RV, on each site, is responsible for signing the rules. Late additions or requests to tag onto a group cannot always be honored. We will try to get you as close to your friends as possible..

Standard RV lot size is 30ft. by 40 ft. extra large RV lots and ELECTRIC RV lots are 30ft. by 50ft. Tent lots are 25×30 ft. All vehicles must fit on your lot. You may purchase an additional space lot which doubles the size of your lot but you are only allowed one RV with in that space. The additional space allows you to park cars or simply to spread out your belongings. Please note extra wide driveways/internal roadways must be kept clear of vehicles and belongings to provide access in the event of an emergency.

Sleeping tents are only allowed in the TENT CAMPING area. Sleeping tents can NOT be located within the RV camping area. This is a zoning requirement. Violations of this requirement can result in our campground getting shutdown by the State of Illinois.

Yes, 6 person limit per lot. If you have more than six people in your party, you may purchase an extra site for additional space only (not for another RV or pop up). All guests MUST SLEEP INSIDE the RV or pop-up in the RV camping section. Sleeping tents are only allowed on TENT LOTS in the tent camping area which is requirement of our zoning permit.

We do have a limited amount of electrical hook-ups for NASCAR, but we DO allow generators for all races. We do have quiet hours and generators should be silenced during that time. (Quiet times are 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.) Electric hook ups are only in the back to back rows. These are 30×50′ lots for NASCAR.

We deliver on-site potable water for a fee during NASCAR ONLY, and for all other races and including NASCAR we also have a drive-up potable water station at no charge. You may fill your RV on arrival or bring containers to transport your water to your lot.

We do have potable water and dump pits on site which are available during all events. For the NASCAR weekend ONLY we have a service which will pump out your RV at your site and deliver fresh water for an additional fee. These services must be scheduled and paid for at the office the night before you want them to occur.

We will have showers available for ALL races for an additional fee. Shower hours and fee will be posted at the office. Just ask when you check in!

NO fires are allowed on the ground/grass. Fire pits, which are elevated at least 12 inches off the ground, ARE ALLOWED. NO open fires are allowed within 10 feet of any vehicle. You may burn only clean wood, no painted or treated wood is allowed.

No, because BOTH the Chicagoland Speedway and the Route 66 Drag strip are within walking distance. It is 2000 ft. to your seat from the campground.

YES! We begin accepting reservations for the season sometime after January 1st. We will have plenty of sites available for ALL races. We will send you an email when our information for the new season is ready to use. You may sign up for those emails by clicking on the link on our home page. We will also post on the home page of the web site and also on our Facebook page when the new information is up and running.

NO, we are only open during major race weekends; NHRA Nationals and the Nascar race. If other events are added we will post them on our Facebook page and also on this web site.
